Boundaries build a protective barrier around something that is important to you. Like a line to help you identify when you’re crossing over (compromising) on something you've put in place for a reason.
Boundaries are best known for helping to create healthy relationships with others. For this workshop we focus mainly on building boundaries to support creating a healthy relationship with yourself.
Especially useful when changing habits and behaviours, starting new practices, creating change or bringing any newness into your life.
Often we can have an exciting goal or change that we want to work towards. However, if you don't have the tools to support you with the ongoing 'work' the dream can soon fall into the distance.
Boundaries are a tool that you can use to help you balance the importance of something your'e trying to do with all the other external and internal factors that place a demand on you.

These are 2 common, foundational areas that come up with clients. Establishing these will help you support your wellbeing and energy, protect your needs and create the space you need for what's important to you.
1 x personal topic
Come with an area or trust in what arises
A supported 'working' space to create boundaries around a topic of your choice. It can be for life/work/biz/relationships or you're not sure what area to work on - trust in what you connect with during the meditation.
Also includes a grounding practice and open space to receive coaching support. Opportunity to share, listen and be inspired by others.

It was really eye-opening to recognise how distant my current way of being is from where I want to be/how I want things to be.
