I've been working with ceremonial Cacao since Feb '20 when I was visited by the spirit of the Cacao one night.
Cacao is a natural plant medicine, best known for it's gentle yet powerful heart opening properties. Great for mental health, igniting creativty andgiving you an energy boost too.
Working with cacao is a sacred practice that needs space and presense to honour her gifts.

I went to my first womens gathering in December '18 and it was a real game changer for me. Sharing how I felt, knowing I wasn't the only one. It was a big part of me building confidence in sharing my voice.
It was scary at first, meeting with a bunch of women I didn't know, but I soon experienced how supportive sharing in community is and I've made life long friends.
