Join me from where-ever you are for a 'live' audio guided Forest-Bathing session. Yes really! Combining the gentle, yet powerful practice of Forest-Bathing with a meditation inspired by the trees.
Whether you're looking to switch off from your busy life, bring a little Forest-Bathing into your day or enjoy a guided meditation with the support of nature - these 'live' sessions are for you!
Created so you can easily fit them into your day by not having to travel to an in person session.
During the session you'll be introduced you to the mindful practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or as it's known in the UK, Forest-Bathing. My intention is to create a relaxing experience to support your wellbeing so you can take some time that's focused on you.
How the session works
We'll gather in real time on zoom (audio only) and my voice will lead you through the session. All you need to do is be somewhere in nature with phone signal so you can log in.
Where to be
Anywhere in nature where you can safely access nature (and have permission to do so) is perfect. You can be in a woodland, your local park, a nature reserve or even in your garden... You'll find information to help you prepare for the session further below.
Spring & Summer Sessions
Take place at 18:00-18:30 (GMT). A great way to wind down at the end of the day. You'll find the next 'live' sessions listed below.
Can't make the time - catch the replay
If you can't make the live time book a space and you'll receive the recording to do in your own time. The audio will also be available to buy from the shop afterwards.
About the Celtic Tree Calendar
2022 sessions are inspired by, and run in line with, the Celtic Tree Zodiac Calendar. The Celtics believed trees were an infinite source of wisdom and they played a big part in astrology and the zodiac.
The tree calendar spans across the year and is aligned to the cycles of the moon. I love how the energy of the tree adds another supportive layer and understanding to the seasonal, natural cycle that we’re in. Spending time with a certain tree can help to bring guidance, gain clarity and ease your journey.
I love sharing this time in nature together, using technology to support us in gathering from near and far to connect with nature makes me appreciate the modern world a whole lot more!
Forest-Bathing is the English translation of Shinrin-Yoku which originated in Japan. Where they noticed, and later scientifically proved that spending time immersed in nature benefits ourmental and physical wellbeing.
