About the Meditation sessions
Amanda shares a creative nature based meditation practice combining her practice as a Meditation Teacher and Forest Therapy Guide.
Shared with the belief that meditating with nature helps to bring more ease, and ultimately enjoyment, to meditation. The sounds, sights, smells and feel of nature will join us as we meditate.
For those nervous about meditating, clients regularly share how much more supportive they find it meditating with nature as you have stimuli, through your senses, for your mind to focus on.

if you are joining an outdoor experience it is held in a woodland or natural outdoor environment. The session may involve slow movement, stillness, sitting on the ground (if it is comfortable for you) and standing. If you require a walking stool or support for sitting or standing please bring this with you. There are uneven paths, slopes and other tripping hazards. Mud and water maybe present.
Outdoor sessions are held in public places so members of the public that are not part of the group may pass closeby. Dogs on and off the lead maybe present as well.

You'll receive full information to support you in preparing for your experience via email or via the whatsapp group before the session. This includes the exact meeting point, suggestions for what to wear and anything you need to bring with you (waterproofs, drinking water, warm clothes).

The session will take place unless there is extreme weather which will be decided by the organiser. The location may be adjusted to suit the weather. If the event is cancelled due to weather it will be rescheduled or if that's not posslble you will be able to transfer your booking credit onto another experience of your choosing.
Bookings are not refundable but are transferable to a friend upto 48 hours before the session start time. To change the name of the booking please email amanda@letsstepin.com.
Anyone over the age of 18. Children over the age of 16 can join if accompanied by an adult..
